Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll migration, with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to Malaysia statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Income Tax, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Handle disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Support HR reporting, audits, and statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in compensation & benefits administration, including coordinating and facilitating the performance appraisal process.
- Participate in planning and executing employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews).
- Manage employees on-boarding and training management.
- Undertake additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- i. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

ii. Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations, with hands-on payroll migration experience.

iii. Strong knowledge of Malaysia statutory contributions and RBA regulations.

iv. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

vi. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

vii. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
