1. Prepares designer work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. 2. Plans concept by studying relevant information and materials. 3. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy (arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts). 4. Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval. 5. Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and software. 6. Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. 7. Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, printers, etc. 8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 9. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. 10. Review final layouts, always drive for improvements after receive feedback. 11. Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies. 12. Design and create visual assets for marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and promotional materials. 13. Develop and execute creative concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our visual identity. 14. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and target audience to tailor designs accordingly. 15. Ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms. 16. Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our projects. 17. Develop innovative and captivating visual designs for various hotel marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, signage, menus, and advertisements. 18. Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the hotel's visual communication. 19. Assist in the creation and maintenance of the hotel's website and social media graphics.
