Property Admin

Manage and ensure maintenance work and records are kept up to date.
- Respond to tenant complaints and enquiries in a timely manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Building Manager.
- Coordinate general office administration tasks.
- Maintain updated emergency contact lists at all times.
- Handle daily billing, charges, and refunds promptly and accurately.
- Assist in compiling aging reports and reconciliation of receivable balances.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with owners, tenants, contractors, and the Management Corporation (MC).
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
