**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service & Front Desk Support**
- Greet and assist all patients to ensure a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused experience.
- Manage incoming phone calls and promptly respond to inquiries across social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp).
- Provide accurate information on services to both new and existing patients.
- Educate prospective patients on available treatments and clinic offerings.

**Administrative & Operational Duties**
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Process billing, payments, and perform cashiering duties.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including patient files, inventory, and related documentation.
- Support general clinic administration such as document filing, data entry, and daily operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the clinic at all times.
- Adhere to communication protocols, operational procedures, and company policies.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with chiropractors and other clinic team members to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
- Assist the Doctor in managing patient flow and clinic coordination.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Additional Information**
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be open to performing ad hoc tasks as required to support daily clinic operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Friendly, patient-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office or equivalent).
- A positive attitude, pleasant personality, and willingness to learn.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Able to commit to a retail shift schedule, including weekends.
