**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of vending machine services across all locations.
- Monitor machine performance, uptime, and service schedules to ensure consistent operation.
- Implement standard operating procedures for stocking, maintenance, and customer service.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise, train, and support route drivers, stockers, and maintenance technicians.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure all team members comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

**Inventory & Logistics**:

- Manage product inventory, forecasting demand, and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate product sourcing, ordering, and warehouse activities.
- Optimize delivery routes and refilling schedules to reduce costs and downtime.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Monitor business unit P&L, control expenses, and support revenue targets.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze profitability by location or route.
- Recommend and implement pricing strategies based on sales data and trends.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Serve as a point of contact for key clients or locations to resolve service issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address service gaps.

**Strategic Development**:

- Identify new vending opportunities or service expansions.
- Evaluate technology upgrades (e.g., cashless payments, telemetry) to improve efficiency and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in vending machine, F&B, retail operations, or FMCG distribution.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams.
- Proficient in MS Office, route management software, and POS/inventory systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to site locations as needed.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
