Human Resource Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
a. Human Resource Related
- Assist in formulating management policies and systems for the companys human resources department.
- Formulate and control the expense budget of the human resource department.
- Assist in completing the companys organizational structure and job management system.
- Assist in completing annual manpower demand forecast and formulating recruitment plan.
- Responsible for handling the procedures related to new employee onboarding, resignation, internal transfers, and position transfer.
- Responsible for recruitment, probationary period management, employee performance, and talent development.
- Responsible for employee attendance and salary management.
- Responsible for internal and external employee training.
- Responsible for drafting, issuing various notifications, and organizing internal document materials.
- Administer employee communication procedures, follow up, and develop quarterly communication plans.
- Handle labor disputes and conflicts.
b. General Administration Related
- Coordinate and handle day-to-day administrative and general affairs matters.
- Responsible for the distribution and management of office supplies, work attire, ID badges, and the production of business cards.
- Responsible for arranging employee business trips, including flight and hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and visa processing.
- Responsible for managing the internal and external environment of the company, including overall greening, arrangement, and cleanliness of the office premises.
- Responsible for administrative supplier management, such as drinking water, plants, work attire, office coffee, soft drinks, snacks, and meals.
- Responsible for the reception of company visitors.
- Responsible for managing the offices fixed assets.
- Responsible for planning and organizing employee events.
- Complete tasks assigned by higher-level management.
**Job Requirements**:
- A bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including 2 years of managerial experience.
- Familiarity with relevant human resources management knowledge and a good grasp of laws, regulations, and policies related to human resources.
- Strong communication skills and adept at problem-solving with employees at all levels.
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills, planning and execution abilities, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Bahasa Melayu is preferred.
