We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to support our B2B sales and fulfilment activities in Johor. You’ll be part of the team that ensures our fresh produce reaches wholesale, food service, and retail customers on time and in top condition.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, talking to customers, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support order coordination and packing for B2B customers (e.g. retailers, food service)
- Assist with day-to-day logistics, delivery planning, and route optimization
- Communicate with customers on order updates, delivery timing, and product availability
- Work with warehouse and packing teams to ensure order accuracy and quality
- Help maintain sales records, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
- Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate sample drops or seasonal product rollouts as needed
- Help maintain food safety and cleanliness standards in operations

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, fulfilment, or operations preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to travel within Johor and assist in field operations as needed
- Bonus: Experience in food distribution or B2B customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
