Job Function: People & Culture The role:

- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, TA Partners and other Sourcers, in order to deeply understand the requirements of the role, team and how it fits together within the wider organization
- Carry out any formal online assessment or tests
- Focus on direct sourcing of talent as a priority, and work with panel agency contacts if required, to support sourcing activities.
- Create talent pipelines and talent pools to ensure a steady stream of people for current and future hires.
- Ideally 3yrs+ experience sourcing for Cloud sales/Technical roles.
- Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Multitasking, structured, autonomous, self-starter, tech-savvy

What we need to see from you:

- 3-5+ Years of expereince in sourcing or recruitment( Technology hiring).
- Budget: will need your analysis based on your market search.
- Max : 30 day Notice
- The role will be hybrid ( can expect to be in office twice in a week)
