Smarthouz Creations Studio specializes in delivering top-notch renovation, design, and property management services. We’re looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our team and help us connect with more clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calling to potential clients (leads provided).
- Promote our services including renovation, interior design, and property management.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients.
- Assist in social media management by arranging weekly posts.
- Edit short videos for social media promotion.
- Write content for marketing materials and get it reviewed by ChatGPT for refinement.
- Collaborate with property agencies to create partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Age: 20 - 30
- No experience needed, training provided.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be responsible, hardworking, punctual, and reliable.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
