As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients from various industries. Your role will include overseeing audit processes, managing client relationships, and developing junior team members. Key responsibilities include:

- **Lead and manage audit engagements** for a range of clients across multiple industries, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with firm standards.
- **Supervise and mentor junior team members** by providing on-the-job training and support, enhancing their technical capabilities and understanding of audit methodology.
- **Manage engagement logistics**, including timely billing, fee recovery, and ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk management policies.
- **Build and maintain strong client relationships**, acting as a key point of contact and delivering value-added insights throughout the audit process.
- **Drive team performance** by offering coaching, guidance, and performance feedback, contributing to both team success and individual development.
- **Ensure adherence to professional standards** and policies, delivering audits that meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline and/or a Professional qualification or a membership in Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
- Possess more than 4 years of relevant working experience
- At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams.
- Willing to work OT during peak season
