To develop design and creative concepts that support the VMD aspect in The Gardens Mall's promotional efforts, implementation of assigned projects and to provide hands-on coordination.

**Advertising & Promotions**
- To assist in developing innovative ideas and creative concepts for the full scope of design works in support of the advertising and promotions campaigns.
- To assist conceptualization, visualization, illustration, artwork, layout, mock-up and all other promotional work for all in house campaigns.
- To develop computer artwork and design such as newsletter, posters, banners, contest forms and other promotional materials.
- To evaluate the effectiveness of all collaterals and signage with a view to constantly improve standards & visibility.
- To develop and upgrade mall signage in accordance with the identity of the Megamall.

**Administration & Operational Duties**
- To coordinate effectively with internal & external parties to ensure that all timelines and schedules are executed on time.
- Responsible for shop front hoarding graphic & coordinate installation timeline.
- To source for suppliers and printers, recommend appropriate mediums/ materials, obtain quotations & follow up accordingly.
- To liaise directly with contractors & printers on all set up of collaterals & signage.
- To work closely with projects managers and immediate superiors to ensure that all work produced are constant, cohesive and well-coordinated.
- To liaise and coordinate accordingly among the department and interdepartmental to ensure the smooth set-up and dismantling of all visual display.
- To assist on prop production and display set-up as and when necessary.
- To assist other departments on graphic design and DTP requirements whenever required.

**Miscellaneous**
- To perform all duties in accordance with quality of work and standards set for the department.
- To ensure a rapid turnover of work, cost consciousness and exercise quality control of quality output.
- To perform any other job assignments as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
- Proficient in Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator
- Willing to put in extra effort to see the project through with accuracy.
- Meticulous and accurate in details.
