**About Our Client**:
Our client provides full distribution service for Hong Kong & Macau, including but not limited to overseas trading, wholesale, brand new channel expansion, corporate purchase, staff offers, and e-commerce platform. They have strong sourcing power and different kinds of sales channels to become the connection between brands and end user.

**Job Scope**:
**Project Operations**
- Support daily project operations, including order tracking, customer inquiries, invoice handling, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

**Managerial Support**
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Manager.
- Handle assigned tasks efficiently and maintain accurate documentation.

**Project Coordination**
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring project progress.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
- Manage procurement activities and monitor warehouse stock levels.

**Documentation & Research**
- Prepare and organize project documents as required.
- Conduct research and collect relevant information to support project planning and execution
- Monitor and assist in e-commerce activities to ensure smooth business flow.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams.
- Strong attention to detail, good logical thinking, and organized work habits.
- Experience in project coordination, e-commerce, or distribution industry is an advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
