**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake and supervise day-to-day finance and accounting matters.
- To assist Finance Manager on finalize monthly management reports and KPI reports.
- Prepare and update the Fixed Assets Schedule to ensure proper recording of fixed assets.
- Monitor sales collection and follow up with slow moving debtor balances.
- Follow up issues raised by auditors and enforce compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and review cash flow position of the company.
- Update of monthly audit schedules.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Liaise with bankers on treasury and financing matters.
- Co-ordinate and assist in accounting software updates or modifications.
- Attend & monitor stock-takes to ensure accurate stocks record.
- To liaise with tax agent on all tax matters & tax compliance submission.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree qualification
- Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
- Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy and mature and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Resourceful, result-oriented and work well under pressure
- Dynamic, hands-on and committed to working long hours to deliver results
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and yet be a team player
- Analytical, problem-solver and multitasker - with the ability to do highly unstructured work.
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of applicable AP, AR, GL and Microsoft Dynamics GP systems and procedure will add advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
