Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa requirements.
- Prepare complete travel itineraries for company staff involved in external assignments or business trips.
- Handle bookings for flights, car rentals, and hotels through travel agencies, online platforms, or approved vendors.
- Administer travel insurance, including coverage reviews and claims management in the event of travel-related incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures, including budget reviews and travel approvals.
- Liaise with the Finance Department for advance payments, invoice verification, and travel expense reporting.
- Collect and review travel expense reports upon return from official assignments.
- Develop and maintain accurate travel records, including staff information, destinations, costs, and duration of trips.
- Provide regular reports to management on travel frequency, budget usage, and cost savings.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and travel agents, including rate negotiations and service contracts.
- Provide logístical support during off-site meetings, seminars, training sessions, or corporate events held at external venues.
- Efficiently manage schedule changes and cancellations to minimize cost implications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related queries within the organization.
- Handle travel-related complaints professionally and seek prompt resolutions.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Business Management, Tourism, Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate travel management or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
