1. Prepare all financial report eg. Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, etc.

2. Any other jobs as directed by the Managing Director and Administration Manager.

3. Manage the HR with advice from Administration Manager.

4. Ensure all the debtors and creditors transaction well managed.

5. Print out transaction listing report for checking and filing purposed.

6. Manage HR records as per GMP/QMS requirements.

7. Prepare the yearly report to Account Auditor.

8. Responsible to check all transaction which is done by Account Clerk.

9. Responsible for calling customers to request payment.

10. Prepare monthly report to Managing Director.

11. To ensure that documents of external origin are identified and controlled for distribution.

12. Backup the Focus Software accounting & stock system.

13. Responsible for checking all invoices which is key in by Store Keeper.

14. Ensure all employees is carried out the medical check-up.

15. Responsible as Document Controller for all the system implemented in the organization.

16. Dealing with all banks transaction history.

17. Responsible to monitoring the training plan and record.

18. Responsible for ensuring that preparation of payment is done by General Clerk are correct.

19. Verify purchase order & purchase requisition.

20. To ensure that changes and the current revision status of documents are identified as per QMS requirement.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
