Duties:

- Develop, own and evergreen IT Infrastructure standards and roadmap for the Group
- Aligned to Group objectives, evaluate, test and recommend solutions/standards to be adopted by the Group
- Perform IT Infrastructure assessments and provide recommendation for improvement
- Design, test, implement and transition to Operations, IT Infrastructure solutions, meeting project requirements
- Lead, track, manage specific infrastructure streams assigned within projects and programs
- Resolve, perform Root Cause Analysis and recommend Permanent Corrective Actions for major incidents assigned
- Prepare and review Corporate Investment Proposals, aligning to Group standards for submission and approval
- Keep abreast of technology updates, identify opportunities and provide recommendation for improvements on the Group IT Infrastructure
- Serve as the main point of contact for Group IT Infra Project Delivery matters.
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations and change management aspects with respective Business Groups (BG).
- Initiate, manage and drive the improvement, transformation and innovation initiatives for group IT e.g. standardization, simplification, consolidation, cost management, etc.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Identify and provide practical frameworks and standards for information gathering, analysis and reporting
- Remain on the Technology forefront of emerging industry practices.

Experience
- Proven experience in project management relating to IT Infrastructure or equivalent.
- Proven experience in planning and managing enterprise level of infra projects such as multisites Microsoft infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory, Exchange, ISA), global MPLS network, and Knowledge Management platforms like SharePoint, Documentum.
- Good knowledge in ITSM/ITIL processes and project management methodology.
- Experienced in managing vendors in terms of quotation, scope of work, delivery timeline and costs
- Relevant work experience in regional countries is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Digitizing Infrastructure, containerization, IAC (Infrastructure as code) with familiarity Cybersecurity.
- Robust technical skills in server hardware, backup, storage, cloud hosting and virtualization technologies.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
