HR & Admin Executive / Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Human Resources Support**:
- Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave data.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits-related tasks using HR software (e.g., InfoTech).
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR matters in a timely and professional manner.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general administrative functions such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and responding to general inquiries.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain and update company legal documents, agreements, and company licenses/permits.
- Handle permit renewal and other regulatory compliance related to operations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and act as a liaison for inter-department coordination.
**Other Duties**:
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior or management.
- Support company events, activities, and employee engagement programs.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., InfoTech) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license; willing to travel when necessary.
