Job Responsibilities:

- Report to the Assistant Operation Manager
- Ensures high quality mould constructions.
- Lead, organize, develop and motivate the mold team.
- To securing sustainable and high quality mould solutions.
- Evaluate molds and processes for continuous improvement.
- Technical training and development of mold team
- Work closing with production team in new mould fabrication development issues
- Maintaining and repairing existing tooling and molds.
- Control and minimize the material wastage during the mold fabrication.
- Support capacity planning of mould design by securing a short lead time and flexibility within the workforce.
- Involves in estimating mould materials and cost
- Produce of mould drawing for mould fabrication. Job Requirements:

- Diploma or above in mechanical/structural engineering.
- Completion of an accredited mold making apprenticeship program may be advantageous.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
