Our next project includes an all-day dining cafe which we seek to make it a destination for the community to get great food, pastry and coffee. We are building a team of passionate to lead our front of house crew in helping us create the best experience for our customers. This includes making awesome coffees and beverages, serving great food and ensuring smooth service flow.

Prior relevant experience is not mandatory but will be an advantage especially if those with barista skill sets. This role is suitable for individuals who are looking to build a career with an exciting brand.

The day-to-day responsibilities for the FandB Crew includes - Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages (such as juices). Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
- Describing and suggesting menu items to customers
- Servicing customers and taking orders - Ordering, receiving, maintaining and distributing stock supplies - Receiving and processing customer payments
- Assist with customer events or in-store activations
- Contribute to process improvement sessions for the store

Occasionally, you may also get to assist the grocery sections of our business which will give you a glimpse of other business operations.

**; Requirements**: - Key Requirements
- High school diploma or related certificate. A degree in hospitality, business or a related industry is advantageous.
- Prior experience to the FandB industry will be an added advantage
- Comfortable with working a 6 day shift schedule and is willing to go on the ground with the team.
