The Art Director is responsible for the visual style, layout, and composition of Shuttlerock’s Creative Studio products. In addition, the Art Director’s job is to create and propose + develop storyboards and optimised videos for Facebook, Instagram, and any clients.

**Duties**
- Clarifying the questions with Creative strategy to make sure everything is in the correct direction
- Go through complex revision comments and clarify with the Creative Strategist
- Brainstorming, discussing, and art direct video flow and styling with designers when new orders are in.
- Develop the overall layout, style, and composition of mobile-optimized creatives
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design
- Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments;
- Understand the narrative and brand and the conversations that exist around it.
- Understand the client’s requirements and core messages, tweak and suggest new copy if necessary.
- Follow up on the order status, chase up designers working progress to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Discuss with leads and traffic for Shuttlerock internal SOP & management stuff.
- Draft process SOP and update platform best practices information & safe zone.
- Attend Production meetings, understand the company’s plan and feedback if necessary.
- Work with the creative director directly in developing a brief.
- Present designs to the creative director for approval as and when required.
- Support in Studio Lead wherever assistance is needed.
- An acting leader with the absence of the creative director.
- Always be supportive of the team.

**Capabilities**
- Adobe Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Confident in presenting ideas;
- Strong communication skills.

**Experience**

The Art Director must have specific experience in Facebook, Instagram, and other Digital Creative Best Practices on all command social media platforms.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
