- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes such as demand & supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics

In this pivotal role, you will transform supply chain transformation initiatives into tangible outcomes—optimizing how we plan, source, produce, and deliver products. Your influence and connection with business will ensure our supply chain remains efficient, innovative, and aligned with global systems and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and nurturing strategic relationships with supply chain stakeholders across planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to understand, challenge, and define business requirements.
- Acting as a trusted partner to influence strategic decisions and promote innovative use of global systems
- Ensuring project delivery on time, scope, and quality by managing and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders during testing, verification, and end-user training to ensure solutions meet business demands
- Participating in requirements workshops, planning UAT, and training sessions
- Promoting stakeholder engagement and helping align local initiatives with global systems and value chains
- Acting as a thought leader, advocating the art of the possible and ushering in process improvements and global best practices
