You will be stationed at various pharmacies (locations will rotate regularly) and will need your own transportation. We offer comprehensive training to help you get up to speed quickly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers enthusiastically and provide a detailed introduction to our AI health screening service.
- Assist and patiently guide customers in using the diagnostic equipment correctly.
- Have basic communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Enjoy engaging with people, are diligent, and responsible in their work.
- Are interested in the healthcare industry, eager to learn, and passionate about serving others.

**Work Routine SOP**
**Step 1: Customer Reception and Explanation**
- Warmly greet each customer with a smile and actively inquire about their needs.
- Service Introduction: Clearly and concisely introduce the advantages, process, and important notes of the AI health check to the customer.
- Address Concerns: Patiently answer all questions the customer may have.
- Obtain Consent: Secure the customer’s consent before starting the checkup.
**Step 2: Information Collection**
- Assist the customer in filling out basic information, including age, gender, etc.
- Inform the customer about important notes during the checkup process.
**Step 3: Equipment Operation**
- Guide the customer on the correct usage of the examination equipment.
**Step 4: Viewing the Report**
- The AI system will automatically analyze data and generate an initial health report.
- Review the report with the customer, explaining the meaning of key indicators.
- Encourage the customer to have regular checkups and schedule the next appointment.
**Step 5: Report Handover and Pharmacist Consultation**
- Hand the generated health report to the pharmacist and inform them of key points to note.
- The pharmacist can provide professional advice based on the report for the customer.
**Work Schedule**
2 days per week
2 days on weekdays (any days)
RM150 per day
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate, Student job
Pay: RM150.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
