**Overall Job Description**
- To be involved in a range of **business development** and networking activities to help the company build stronger client relationships and attract new ones.
- To be involved in the **recruitment process **with recruiters from beginning to end, providing an exceptional level of service to clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify **new business opportunities** - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Building client sales pipeline through alternate sources for **Contract Staffing** business.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
- Visiting clients when needed for face-to-face understanding of the requirement.
- Working closely with the Recruitment Team to periodically review the recruitment process, increase sourcing efficiency.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of **5 years** of experience in a **sales role** within the staffing & recruitment industry, with a proven track record of achievements. Experience in **Contract Staffing**, **Contingent Workforce**, or **Manpower Outsourcing** is strongly preferred.
- Someone involved in sales that require contract/project tendering and connects with the Procurement PIC will be preferred too.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and negotiation skills for closing deals.
- Positive mindset, persistent, sales-oriented, and a self-starter.
- **MUST** be able to **travel frequently** and possesses **own transportation.**:

- MUST be willing to work in Batu Kawan/Bandar Cassia, Penang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
