"Unlock Unlimited Earning Potential High Commissions, Competitive Base - Join Our Business Development Team and Drive Your Success" A business development professional has three primary responsibilities: Identifying new sales leads Pitching products and/or services Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include: - Researching organisations and individuals. - Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. - Engage with potential licensee to expand MDT licensee outlet. - Expand Corporate Outlets portfolio. When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include: - Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays. - To deal with Malls to expand current space or negotiate for better deal. - Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products. - Developing quotes and proposals. - Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met. - Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Slurp In-charge - In charge for Any new outlet opening or need to key new menu into slurp system - Any related slurp issues. **Compensation**: - Competitive **base salary** with **high commission** structure. - **Uncapped earning potential** based on performance and successful closures. - Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. **Skills & Qualifications**: - **Experience**: At least 1 year of proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields. Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus. - **Sales-Oriented**: Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to maximize earnings through commissions. - **Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives. - **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively. - **Goal-Driven**: Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. - **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. - **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. - **Education**: A degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
