**Responsibilities**:

- To promote/market OSIM products and services.
- Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
- Responsible in handling all customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
- To update and maintain customer interaction in the database.
- To assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.
- To maintain amicable working relationship with business partners and customers.
- To prepare of monthly reports and documentation (if any).
- To demonstrates professional & technical selling skills and good product knowledge in dealing with customers to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification with retail sales experience.
- Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.

**Salary Package**:

- Basic + Commission + Incentive + Allowances **:RM1,950 - RM5,000 monthly**:
