**Outlet Location: CHAGEE ALAMANDA SHOPPING CENTRE (opening in DEC)**

**Job Scope**:

- Customer Service: Providing friendly service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Tea Preparation: Expertly preparing a variety of teas according to customer preferences.
- Menu Knowledge: Understanding tea varieties, flavors, and preparation methods to assist customers.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keeping tea-making equipment clean and in good working order.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring tea supplies and restocking as needed to ensure availability.

**Salary**:

- Basic salary: RM1,600
- Salary can reach up to RM2,000 to RM2,300
- Monthly Certificate Allowance (starting from the second month of work): RM400
- Monthly Incentive
- OT allowance
- Monthly Additional Allowance: RM100 (After Confirmed)
- Salary is paid throughout the training for 2 weeks
- Salary is paid on the last day of the month

**Qualifications**:

- **Able to work temporary at nearby outlet**:

- **Have experience in FnB is a plus but **no work experience can apply
- Have good communication skills
- Have SPM
- Have own transport (encouraged)
- Applicants are between 18 and 35 years old
- Training provided
- **Able to join training in HQ (Bandar Baru Sri Petaling) for 2 weeks (COMPULSORY)**:

- Working hours: 9am-5.30pm / 2.30pm-11pm (shift)
