**Eduacation : High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.**

**Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair.**

**Skills : Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing CNC milling machines and manual milling equipment. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software components of CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.**

**Location : Shah Alam**

**Maintenance and Repair**
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines and manual milling equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

**Installation and Setup**
- Install new CNC and manual milling machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
- Set up and calibrate machines to meet production specifications.
- Test machines to ensure they are operating correctly before full-scale production.

**Inspection and Testing**
- Conduct regular inspections of machines to identify potential problems early.
- Perform test runs to verify that machines produce outputs that meet quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision in machine operations.

**Preventive Maintenance**
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all milling equipment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
- Adjust and calibrate machines as needed to maintain optimal performance.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.
- Report major issues and breakdowns to the supervisor or maintenance manager.
- Document all repairs and adjustments made to machinery.

**Safety and Compliance**
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure machines are operated safely.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Promote a safe working environment by conducting safety checks and training sessions.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Work closely with production operators to understand machine issues and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about machine status and maintenance needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
