1) Responsibilities/ Scopes
- Handle & resolve customer inquiries
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Build & maintain quality relationship with customers & suppliers
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related matters
- To perform other duties as assigned

2) Requirements
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated, hard working
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Preferably Chinese Female with Proficiency in Chinese & English.
- Computer literate & competent in MS office.
