Location: Klang

Working Day: Monday to Thursday (9.00am - 5.00) & Friday (9.00am - 4.00pm)

**Job Type**: Contract for 3 months (May to July - replace staff’s maternity leave)
- Update employee records, attendance and leave
- Storing, copying and maintaining important documentations
- Monitor weekly menu for pantry and order/buy groceries
- Assist director claims and invoice for company panel clinic
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Assist in ad-hoc assigned by HR Manager from time to time
- Directly reporting to HR Manager

**Requirement/Qualification**:

- SPM/STPM qualification
- Knowledge of basic computer (MS Words, Excel)
- Willingness to learn and working in a team
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
