Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities, including setting up materials, preparing lesson resources, and organizing student work.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help in understanding lesson material.
- Monitor and support students during class activities, ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
- Help students with assignments, offering guidance and clarification as needed.
- Support classroom management by reinforcing rules and promoting positive behavior.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom displays, bulletin boards, and educational materials.
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Assist in managing classroom inventory and supplies.
- Collaborate with the teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback on individual learning needs.
- Support students with special needs as directed by the teacher or other educational professionals.
- Help with organizing and preparing for special events, or classroom presentations.
- Follow all school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience working with children, especially in an educational setting, preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Patient, positive, and flexible attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of classroom management and educational strategies.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Physical Demands:

- Ability to lift and carry materials and classroom supplies.
- Ability to move throughout the classroom, school facilities, and interact with students at different levels.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods during the school day.

Work Environment:

- Classroom or educational setting.
- Interaction with students of various age groups.
- Occasional field trips or special event activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
