**Role Overview**:
As a Venture and Partnerships Executive at TrackerHero, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and expanding the company’s business ventures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with key stakeholders, foster collaborative relationships, and contribute directly to the growth and success of TrackerHero. You will work closely with the Venture & Growth department, assisting in the identification and execution of new business ventures, partnerships, and opportunities, while also supporting the company's expansion goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Partnership Development**:_
- Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with key industry players, ecosystem partners, and potential collaborators.
- Lead negotiations, partnership agreements, and collaborations to align with TrackerHero's business goals.
- Work with senior leadership to develop long-term partnership strategies that drive innovation and market expansion.
- **Venture Identification and Execution**:_
- Scout for new business ventures, joint ventures, and market opportunities that complement TrackerHero’s technology and service offerings.
- Assist in the development of new business models and opportunities, analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes.
- **Partner Relationship Management**:_
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential partners, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
- Manage the lifecycle of partnerships, from initial contact and negotiation to implementation and post-partnership management.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:_
- Work closely with the other department units to ensure alignment in partnership goals and strategies.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives, including product development, marketing, and operational integration.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:_
- Track the success and effectiveness of partnerships, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports on partnership outcomes, ensuring transparency and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Support Growth and Expansion Strategies**:_
- Assist in the execution of TrackerHero’s growth strategies, focusing on expanding the company’s market footprint and fostering business opportunities across sectors.
- Participate in strategic discussions, helping to shape the company’s direction and position in the market.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**:_Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- **Experience**:_While prior experience in venture management, partnerships, or business development is a plus, fresh graduates with a passion for innovation, business growth, and strategic partnerships are encouraged to apply.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in the startup ecosystem and market growth opportunities.
