**OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB**:
Responsible for designing a diverse range of materials for both digital and offline media.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Generate conceptual ideas by analysing relevant information and materials.
- Visualize concepts by creating examples of artistic arrangements, size, type, and style, and submit them for approval.
- Produce finished artwork using necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketers, printers, and team members as required.
- Contribute to team objectives by completing tasks as needed.
- Liaise with clients regarding layout and design requirements.
- Develop a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using software such as Photoshop.
- Review final layouts and propose enhancements when necessary.
- Assist in devising strategies to establish a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and oversee the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook).
- Implement optimized online advertisements via platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc., to enhance company and brand visibility.
- Participate actively in SEO efforts, including keyword optimization.
- Generate creative ideas for content marketing and website updates.
- Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience.
- Evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives using a variety of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Stay informed about online marketing trends and ensure strategies are up to date.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated graphic design skills with a compelling portfolio.
- Proficiency in essential desktop publishing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator.
- Keen eye for visual composition.
- Strong time management abilities and adeptness at meeting deadlines.
- Capable of giving and receiving constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing principles, production processes, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertising, and multimedia design.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
