**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:
In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

**THE PERSON**:
You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created incompliance with Company guidelines
- Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies
- Process claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies
- Perform monthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliation
- Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions
- Identify and implement improvements to business processes
- Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analysis as required

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- 2-4 years experience working in a similar role
- Good spoken and written English (other foreign languages is an added advantage)
- A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with mínimal supervision
- High levels of proficiency in excel
- Ability to multitask and works well in a shared services environment

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
