1. Short Video Editing and Production:

- Edit and produce video content tailored for TikTok, ensuring it is engaging, dynamic, and aligned with brand identity.
- Create videos with a strong narrative and vibrant pacing that resonate with TikTok’s audience.

2. Creative Video Conceptualization:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative video ideas that attract the target audience.
- Develop video concepts that align with company’s brand tone and objectives.

3. Special Effects and Audio Integration:

- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) to add special effects, transitions, and soundtracks.
- Incorporate trending TikTok background music, captions, and effects to enhance video appeal.

4. Trend Analysis and Optimization:

- Monitor the performance of published videos (views, likes, comments, shares) and optimize content based on insights.
- Stay updated with TikTok trends (e.g., challenges, hashtags) and integrate them into the content.

5. Video Asset Management:

- Organize, categorize, and archive raw and edited video materials for efficient access and reuse.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Skills:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and user preferences to create viral content.
- Strong creative and aesthetic skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing trends.
- Prior experience in creating videos for short-form platforms like TikTok, Reels, or Shorts is an advantage

2. Personal Qualities:

- Creative thinker with a passion for video content creation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

3. Experience:

- At least 1 year of experience in short video editing or social media content creation.
- Familiarity with TikTok content styles, trends, and viral formats.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of social media advertising and e-commerce video production.
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle video production.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
