**Job Summary**:
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, assisting with shipment bookings, and resolving customer issues with professionalism. You'll ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining the company's reputation for reliability and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to Japanese customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist with shipment bookings, queries, and real-time tracking updates.
- Manage and document customer cases accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- English: B2 or higher
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
