**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality, and logístical expenses
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
- Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
- To attend customer calls, inquiries, discussions and meetings.
- To perform general office coordination works.
- Prepare commercial documents, such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, packing lists, etc.
- To perform another task as instructed by the superior.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferable have experience in the food industry
- Strong analytical skills.
- Sound research and networking skills.
