**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Administration general affair (Licenses, Security, Telecommunication, Company Hotel, Driver allocation, Government Affair, Environment)
- Sourcing and Purchasing (From Raw Material to Sundries except Machinery and Spare parts)
- Human Resources (Personnel Recruitment, New Employee Orientation, and related affair)
- Compilation and preparation of monthly reports
- Liaise with government bodies or authorities
- To ensure that up-to-date procedures ar implemented
- To control and update the Record Master list for Administration department included Human Resource, Purchasing, & Warehousing
- To report Supplier Evaluation performance on the management review meeting
- To prepare and control of Approval Supplier List and New Supplier Evaluation
- To prepare Management Review Meeting Minutes
- Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Education level: With SPM certification or above.
- Language Skill: Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing. Knowledge in plastic packaging will be an advantage.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
