**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Procurement Assistant. This role involves handling procurement activities as well as contributing to business growth through strategic development initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Procurement**:
1. Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services at competitive prices.

2. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.

3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

4. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts.

**Business Development**:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities.

2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.

**Administrative Support**:
1. Provide administrative support to the procurement and business development teams.

2. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

3. Assist in budgeting and financial analysis related to procurement and business development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferable Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain
- management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, business development, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Worksheet.
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
