**Responsibilities**:

- Accomplishes department objectives by planning and evaluating department activities.
- Planning and developing staff recruitment.
- Coaching and empower staff to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Requires to do minimum sales requirement, in order to be certified by the Bank Negara Malaysia.
- Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

**; Requirements: - Requirement**:

- Aged between 28 to 45 years old.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and (Other Languages will be an added advantage)
- At least 5 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sale/Insurance Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Possess PCE/TBE/CEILLI licenses will be an added advantage
- Job scope is preparation to certified as manager before certified will involve dealing with clients to get your experience and with the working group to practice teamwork and certified together
- In this position, all in benefit yearly income is RM 360K
