**Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensuring adherence of ISO 9001.
- Have extensive exposure on RBA Code of Conduct and standards as well as participate in updating policies, sustaining its compliance and offer improvement plans.
- To implement transport Safety System in accordance to SPAD (ICOP) requirement.
- To conduct risk assessment for whole company wide and review at least once a year (HIRARC) and enforcing preventative measures.
- Review existing ESH policies and measures and update according to legislation.
- Assist to implement the group ESG framework and objectives as defined in group ESG strategy road map.
- Support all the relevant audit activities (internal & external).
**Analyst and Reporting**
- Analysing processes and procedures of transport department
- Prepare & analyse the data on occurrences by provide statistical information (reports).
- Establishing norms and standards of transport department performance.
- Monitoring & review department staff performance and processes.
- Assist managers in creating training curricula and documentation for the department.
- To conduct monthly safety meeting and publish meeting minutes of meeting without fail - propose on various safety-related and improvement topics.
- Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization in the department.
- Assist in investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes for the department.
**Business Transformation Activities**
- Developing transport department process enhancement strategies (improvement plan).
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction in the department.
- Collaborate with the other related departments, within his/her respective areas of responsibility, for change management, for developing regulatory documentation, and for cleaning validation activities monitoring.
**Ad-Hoc**:
- Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by your superior according to organization growth. Analyzing department processes and procedures.
- Developing process enhancement strategies.
- Assist in investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
- Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
- Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.
- Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
- Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.
- To conduct monthly safety meeting and publish meeting minutes of meeting without fail - propose on various safety-related and improvement topics.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
