Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times.
- Creating and figuring out promotions from time to time.
- Prepare, process, and issue sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders at a retail shop
- Monitor and keep good track of stock inventory by ensuring the accuracy of data recording.
- Plan, manage and coordinate delivery schedule, daily transport shipment, and stock transfer from branch to branch.
- Assist salesperson in monitoring customer accounts.
- Liaise closely with internal staff and external parties including customers, suppliers, transporters.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports for review such as stock reports.
- Ensure proper record filling and documentation of reports.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Primary Language(s): English
- Secondary Language(s): Bahasa Melayu
- SPM/ STPM or Equivalent
- Preferably more than 1-year of working experience in a similar field or similar position.
- Result-oriented, aggressive, ability to communicate with a pleasant personality.
- Possess own vehicle and must be computer literate.
