**Requirement**:
A Netsuite Administrator must be experience with onboarding Oracle Netsuite for any company and at least 1 year experience doing Netsuite Administration work.

**Configuration and Customization**
- Configuring NetSuite to fit business processes, including custom fields, forms, workflows, records, and user roles.

**User Management**
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and training new users.

**Support and Maintenance**
- Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular system maintenance.

**Implementation**
- Leading or assisting with the implementation of NetSuite for businesses, including project management, requirement gathering, and system setup.

**Process Improvement**
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the NetSuite environment.

**Project Planning and Management**
- Work together with consultant on planning, executing, and closing projects related to NetSuite implementations or upgrades.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Managing relationships with all stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and consultants.

**Risk Management**
- Identifying and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
