**Responsibilities**:
- Admin & Purchasing
- Maintaining the preparation of documents pertaining to quotation, purchase order, invoices and delivery order.
- Received jobs/orders from local and international customers.
- Deal with customers and ensure drawing is clear, accurate and precise in order to avoid any circumstances.
- Updating customers on the delivery date to meet customer requirements
- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order raw materials, goods and supplies.
- Maintaining a filing system in the purchase department and updating appropriate records when required.
- Responsible for reducing costs to the company, such as evaluating costs of purchasing from various suppliers to arrive at the best deal.
- Follow-up with the suppliers on scheduling delivery.
- Review and track the status deliveries against the orders in a timely manner from sub-contractor.
- Interacting with suppliers in case of delay in delivery of supplies, receipt of damaged or incorrect quantity of goods.
- Review inventories and order as required from the production department. (stock keep)
- Calculate material cost trough new design/drawing and proceed for quotation**Benefits**:
