Location: Taman Melawati (In front Melawati Mall)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Teacher/Interventionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing direct therapeutic and educational interventions. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s goals.
- Provide direct instructional and therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support each child's development.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Monitor and document each child's progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or related field.
- Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
