**Tasks**
- ** Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide overall administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the department
- Manage and follow up with clients on sales quotations and preparation of invoicing
- Monitor and track workflow to meet customer s timeframes and committed test schedules
- Upload test reports and required documents onto portal
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
- Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
**Qualifications**
- ** Key Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or Engineering, preferably with 1 year of Administrative experience
- Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines
- Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a can-do attitude
