St Joseph’s Institution International School Malaysia (SJIIM) is a Lasallian International School (3 to 18 years). It prepares students for the IGCSE, A Level and IB Diploma Programme examinations with an emphasis upon research-based teaching pedagogy and a character-building programme of activities inspired by the school’s Lasallian heritage. This includes service learning initiatives, and a holistic approach to sport, music and the arts.

The school is committed to delivering an outstanding sports and activities programme throughout the school that encourages a lifelong love of exercise, sport and healthy living for all pupils. The school has a very strong co-curricular programme for its students, and all teachers are expected to make a significant contribution to this.

**Requirements**: We are looking for a committed, passionate and knowledgeable professional who will work proactively to ensure a strategically aligned sports and activities programme and the development of a vibrant co-curricular programme across the school.

**Responsibility**:

- Develop and implement a clear vision and strategic aims for the sport and co-curricular programme at SJIIM in line with the overall aims of the school.
- Form a strategic programme for the development of sport throughout the school to provide a lifelong love of exercise, sport and healthy living to all pupils.
- Oversee all competitions and events (related to sports and PE) organised through AIMS and other external organisations including FOBISIA.
- Provide leadership and coordinate training on all aspects of Safeguarding, Health and Safety for CCA, enrichment activities and fixtures.
- To promote the Lasallian Mission and Core Values of SJIIM.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach towards professional development.
- To actively contribute to wider school development and growth.
