**Experience Required**: Minimum 3-5 years

We are looking for a **Lead Functional Tester** to join Affin Bank’s Trade Finance team. The role is responsible for leading UAT planning and execution, managing testing resources, and ensuring high-quality delivery of new or enhanced systems to improve process efficiency and customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design, and manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts with clear traceability to requirements.
- Execute testing, monitor test coverage, and manage defect resolution.
- Provide test progress reports and updates to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, Change Management, and internal governance.
- Collaborate with project managers, business users, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Propose and implement testing process improvements and automation opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in testing/UAT management.
- Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and QA best practices.
- Familiarity with BNM Guidelines is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
