Position Title: Account Receivable OR Order to Cash

Working Location: Sunway Pinnacle,

Tenure: 1 year contract and not renewable

**Salary**: RM 4000 -5000

Working Hour: Normal working hours

Job Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order-to-Cash (OTC) Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key aspects of the accounts receivable process, ensuring smooth financial transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable Management - Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Billing Processing - Generate, verify, and process invoices efficiently to ensure timely collection.
- Cash Flow Monitoring - Track and analyze cash inflows to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Change Management - Adapt to new processes, technologies, and client requirements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries, address concerns, and ensure a seamless payment experience.
- Bank Reconciliation - Match and reconcile Bank statement lines against the Payments and receipts in the client system

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with MNC project
- Must have minimum of Bachelor's degree is required for Finance & Accounting or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations
- Can start work immediately and working onsite in Sunway Pinnable

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Expected Start Date: 06/26/2025
