**Responsibilities**:
As Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product delivery to our customers and business. You will be the focal point, ensuring effective co-ordinational and alignment across multiple projects and product lines. You will work with all stakeholders involved in the delivery of software products, including Senior Management, Product, UX, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and more. Working in a fast-paced and agile environment, you will be responsible for the iterative delivery of value, with continuous feedback from customers and our business partners. This is a senior / leadership role which requires someone who can shape the way we work in Ideagen. - Coordinate the activities of multi-functional teams, and proactively manage dependencies with a singular focus
- Manages work-in-progress closely (WIP), and continuously mitigate impediments to flow; eliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocks
- Reporting metrics and status reports that demonstrate the overall health of the project, communicating project status, issues, and action item tracking
- Track daily progress, providing insight using burndowns and other tooling
- Keeping senior management and key stakeholders informed of project status and escalating issues when they impact timeline, scope, quality, or budget
- Ensuring priorities are clear, and visible to all team members, all the time
- Drives continuous improvement across the teams daily, facilitating retrospectives and ensuring the bar is always being raised
- Supports the VP of Product Planning and TPM to shape the ways of working for the team
- Mentors junior members of the team
- Responsible for product delivery and the flow of value to our customers and the business
- Supports rolling roadmap planning, facilitating estimation, resource planning, budgeting, and change management in a lean model
- Facilitate ceremonies, stand-ups, walk the wall, project updates to ensure work is visible, managed and coordinated

Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related fields or demonstratable relevant work experience
- 8+ years’ experience in a product or project delivery role with at least 2+ years in Technical Project/Program Management managing multiple projects and teams in a global environment
- Demonstratable experience co-ordinating across multiple projects, managing and coordinating TPM
- Software Product and SaaS experience is a real plus
- Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with Onshore-Offshore projects
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional or horizontally aligned teams
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha And other product and project management tools a plus
