**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure a high standard of service and hospitality is consistently delivered to guests.
- Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management/owners.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and bookings.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
